Why Full Circle

Every part of the experience was considered with intention.

Small classes by design

We keep our classes intentionally small so your instructor can see you, guide your movement, and help you find better alignment. Pilates is not just about completing the exercise, it is about understanding your body and moving with intention.

Equipment chosen with purpose

When designing Full Circle, we wanted to create a space where you could explore movement in different ways. Our equipment was carefully chosen to support every stage of your practice, from building confidence as a beginner to continuing to challenge yourself as you grow.

A place to stay a while

Full Circle was created to be more than just the hour you spend in class. With Mandryl, our cafe and bar right beside the studio, you can grab a coffee, meet a friend, and take a little more time for yourself before heading back into your day.

The classes

One Method. Different Ways to Practice.

Pilates is a method built on connection, control, and mindful movement. Each apparatus offers a different way to explore the same principles, helping you build strength, improve awareness, and better understand your body.

Strength through resistance

Reformer

Using springs, carriage movement, and precise control, Reformer Pilates builds strength, stability, and coordination while providing feedback to help you move with greater awareness and intention.

Support meets resistance

Tower

Using springs, bars, and straps, Tower Pilates explores strength, mobility, and stability through guided resistance and supported movement.

Precision through challenge

Chair

The Pilates Chair develops strength, balance, and coordination through focused movements that require control, stability, and body awareness.

The foundation of the method

Mat

Rooted in the original principles of Pilates, Mat work develops connection, control, and awareness using your own body and movement patterns as the focus.

Movement with intention

Combined Practice

Some practices call for different tools. Depending on the focus of the class, we may incorporate Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Mat principles to support strength, mobility, control, and connection.

Our philosophy

Small groups. On purpose.

Pilates is a practice built on details. The small adjustments, the moments of feedback, and the understanding of how your body moves are what create progress.

We intentionally limit our class sizes so your instructor has the time to teach, observe, and guide you throughout the session. Every person in the room matters, and every movement has a purpose.

Our studio was designed to give you room to practice. With one dedicated Reformer room, one Reformer and Tower room, and one Mat and Chair studio, we offer different ways to explore Pilates while keeping the experience personal.

Quality over quantity. Always.

The studio

Meet Alex.

Full Circle started with a dream to create the studio I wished existed. A beautiful, accessible space where you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Small classes where you are truly seen and given the attention to grow. Thoughtful movement, meaningful connection, and a place to stay a little longer.

After years of thinking, "I wish there was a place like this," we decided to create it. I am incredibly grateful to my brother, Robert, who believed in this dream from the very beginning and helped bring it to life. Full Circle would not exist without him.

My own Pilates journey completely changed the way I think about movement. It taught me to work with my body instead of against it, and to appreciate what my body can do rather than focus on what it looks like. That is something I hope to share with every person who walks through our doors.

I am currently completing my Polestar Pilates training because I wanted an education that truly understands the body, how it moves, how it adapts, and how to help people move well. Every day I am learning something new, and it is only deepening my love for Pilates while growing my excitement to share it with others.

My hope is that Full Circle becomes more than just a place to exercise. I hope it becomes somewhere you look forward to coming, a place where you feel welcome, supported, challenged, and connected to your body. I cannot wait to welcome you.
